and i found a great great GREAT song on Youtube called "Just Stand Up", it's a song for the cancer charity !!!!

it's a all female song sang by 15 biggest stars like Mariah Carey, Mary J.Blige, Natasha Bedingfield, Keyshia Cole, Ashanti, Ciara, Leanne Rimes, Leona Lewis, Beyonce Knowles, Rihanna, Carrie Underwood (why not Kelly Clarkson?), Miley Cyrus, Melissa Etheridge, Sheryl Crow and Fergie =)

1st of all...IMU is a.k.a International Medical University =)

i went there on wed n thurs for their 1st workshop there in Bukit Jalil...
frankly speaking, initially i didn't get the chance to go but in the end, my friend said that she was unable to go, so i replaced her instead. (lucky for me!)
until tues i was still doubting on whether want to go to the workshop...and i've decided to go since i'd paid RM 50 for the workshop !!!

and it was a great experience with NO regrets =)

as for y'all info, i'm a shy guy but when u get to know me, we'll like all crazy ppl (hahahaha~)

i went there (Bukit Jalil) by my teacher's car together with 3 other schoolmates (2 girls and a guy) and bout 7.45 am we took off from school....

reachin there, i was amazed by the facilities provided and the students there...


we were greeted by a group of ladies to sign up our names and gave us a T-shirt with "One Step Closer To my Dream @ IMU" printed on it !!! it's cool lolx~


when i stepped into the hall, i went straight to the seat for blue team and surprisingly, i was greeted by a girl 1st =) (3 cheers for her)


later we had conversations which eventually also made me know the shortest gal there and a girl which i can't imagine was 14 y.o. only !!!


then we always group together and chat lotssss of stuffs...can u imagine that i've made friends with the students from SMK Sri Bintang Utara 1st rather than my own schoolmates ??? hahahaha~

we all clicked and have lots of fun....

we had ice-breaking 1st as like any other events (go figure)...there i know 2 seniors there namely Jane, which also know my bro (ironically) and the other is called Alisha...

FYI Jane's bro is as well my ex-classmate !!!

i got to know lots of ppl from other schools from the ice-breaking thingy lolx~

we then went to the museum there to have a look at the preserved babies, organs, brains body parts, and so on....


then we had lectures from lecturers who specialises in diff courses like Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Psychology, Nutrition & Dietetics and so on....

we get to do creams and fake tooth out of plasticine lolx~

i was watching the Olympics badminton women single match, where our golden girl Wong Mew Choo play against China's ranked-2 Lu Lan. i must say, it was a SPECTACULAR match and i really do hope Mew Choo's gonna win but in the end, it was Lu Lan's victory. but even so, i want to congratulate Mew Choo on her hardwork and playing against world rank-2 seed is not an easy job ! so, u go girl !!! =)
but what i was not expecting is that Malaysia not only doesn't appreciate her hardwork, some of the ppl or commentator even said she was a big disappoinment. i'm like "urghhhh!!!"

passing on that, who the hell sent the memorandum to cancel Avril's concert ????? i'm really pissed !!!
how can they be so so so shallow !!!! Avril's songs won't affect our young generation. i'm like duh !!!! it's the lack of education providedto the ppl that'd gonna do with the problems !!!

are the ppl retarded or what ??? cancelling Avril's concert is a big NO NO... we should welcome famous artistes with open hands ! if they're to cancel Avril's tour, i'd bet that there will be protests or dissatisfaction among the rakyat....ppl wait a lifetime for concerts like this and what do the "ppl" do ? cancel her concert for being too punk/rock....WTH !!!!!

plsss i must say....open up y'all eyes and think further/wider instead of thinking what's so-called "best" for us....

F.Y.I these are my point of views lolx~ sorry that it's late though =)

this year MTV Asia Awards were held in Genting-Arena Of Stars...

the night started out with Pussycat Dolls performing 'Buttons' and their new single 'When I Grow Up' from their upcoming album...Doll Domination (wooohoooo!!!)
it's nice of them to sing their new song but i gotta say...Nicole's voice sounds different and not in a good way =(

Later on...One Republic performed !!! i have to give a thumb-up to them for their good performance on 'Apologize' and 'Stop And Stare' =) F.Y.I Timbaland discovered them on MySpace hehehhe....

plus, for girls, VJ Utt is there !!!!

Switching to Korean band- Super Junior...there's a guy in the bunch...looking ODD ? and their lip-sync is OBVIOUS haiz....a total let-down.....

anyway, the hosts are Karen Mok and Jared Leto...they did a pretty good job =) but it's the fans that are the problem....they keep screaming no matter what and didn't answer performers questions or what-so-ever making them erm....annoying ? but we can't blame them because such grand event never held in M'sia and because of that they kinda got too excited ? lolx~

btw why no such grand event never held in M'sia ? i think it's because of the fussy rules M'sia implement on the artistes (whatever!!!) mind you, Beyonce skipped M'sia for her world tour it's because of THIS !!!! urghh >.<

and the REAL moment during the awards is where Leona Lewis sang !!!! she's the most anticipated performer that night and MUACKSSSSSSS love it !!!! love her more !!!!
she sang 'Better In Time'-her 2nd single from 'Spirit', and the ever ballad-'Bleeding Love' which f.y.i made her the best-selling British artiste and the 2nd Brits to reach no.1 spot in Billboard Hot 100 and mind you, she went platinum.
in case y'all didn't know, she's the winner from Britain's reality show X-Factor (Simon Cowell as judge and discovered her talent)... she spent 6 weeks at no.1 in the Billboard charts !!!

until now i still can't believe that she was here in Malaysia !!!! and she looked divine during that night =) she won Breakthrough Artiste in MTV Asia.

the night closes off with performances by Panic At The Disco which include 'I Write Sins Not Tragedies' and 'Nine In The Afternoon'.....
